    i remember my previous pb usb port not being this difficult to connect....
    can someone tell me when i insert micro usb to my pb... does the blackberry logo face up? ihave since bought my pb from costco and port seem tighter... i just didnt want to force it in.

    I always remember it by matching the BB logo on the cable to the BB logo and "Blackberry" on the bottom of the PB.

    You can't put it in the wrong way. If you're really having an issue just look at the shape...

    It is wider on the bottom. Since I have no idea where my rim cable is, I use whatever is around. Narrow at top, wider at bottom.
