    Is there a way to make the PB screen shut off when watching a movie via HDMI?
    There is actually no reason for it to be on when using the TV.

    Ya, near the top of the screen when a movie is playing and connected to a TV, there is a icon with 2 screens on it, hit that, and it will go into presentation mode and your PB screen will turn off like it always does

    Aslong as your playbook's connected to the tv,no matter what your on it should be on the screen

    OK I am streaming from HBOGO.com and I have picture on PB and TV. Mirror mode off turns the TV picture off and PB keeps running. I want it the other way around PB screen off and TV screen on.

    It's not possible. The only way it works is with the native video player not with streaming
