Sorry, this probably has been asked a dozen times but I'm frankly pretty annoyed with the device atm and just need to figure this out fairly quickly. I'm at a hotel room and I just want to do a basic voice chat with someone who's on a desktop computer - how can I do this? Google talk doesn't work and nor does Skype, and I find ReelPortal to be awful. What alternatives are there that actually work?

    thanks

Have the PC user use imo.im, Skype, or Google talk. Use imo.im on the Playbook.

Comwave is a possible option, depending on where you live.
