Hey RIM, when you told the customer service folks to issue coupon codes for the video store on playbook, it would've been helpful to have a way to redeem those codes.
i have the same problem, it's ridiculous, first i have problems with not been able to connect to the license server, therfore cannot download,i complain, the refund me my money and got a gift code which i cannot use, because, i cannot find a way to redeem it. somebody out there knows?
