PlayBook is sending video call to Z10 but not receiving. PlayBook is set to accept calls. Also PlayBook just came back from being repaired, so I suspect that might be the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

If they replaced the mainboard, it might have a different PIN.
It shows as available in my contacts. Any ideas as to how to remove from mu contacts on z10 and then re apply?
Press the delete button?
I would have to delete myself. I just didn't want to add myself all over again. But ok I guess it's worth a shot.
