just wondering if i buy a playbook from the US will it work in the UK ?

I'm in the UK, and my PB arrived from the US last week - all working well, updates installed, BB Bridge etc. Just hoping for a few updates to fix some of the bugs. Loving it so far though

you shouldn't have a problem... the wifi works everywhere and u can tether it to any phone... don't see how there is a country restriction.

how did you get it to work, because i thought the uk servers arent up yet so you cant accept the uk agreement?

To be honest, I can't remember exactly what I selected - I think I went for US, but everything is working as expected

it works everywhere, i travel with mine.

just don't go to austrailia without locking the orientation. otherwise the screen will be always upside down, don't do it while your there with it because what you will see will cause you brain to flip upside down. every were else is fine.

You could always wait for the official launch. June 16th I think.

Might be a better idea as warranty and the 90 day customer service might come in handy.
