2.1 is a developer beta. You have to sign up on the website to get it. If you do please use the finding and fixes thread to post yours in.

Also, bear in mind that if you did register first thing when it was available, you may now need to re-register as RIM had some fixes to the processes that were carried out after the beta release & initial signup.

So either:- try as KBZ suggested above. Or, if you've already done that, try it again!

This is exactly what happened to me. I registered yesterday but received nothing. I went in an registered again this morning and got the update within a minute. Looks like there's a little green checkbox when you enter your PIN now that wasn't there yesterday.
