The previous upgrade caused my Playbook to freeze a lot for several seconds at a time. So far, this is no longer happening. Everything seems to work (tried many apps, WiFi, etc) ...and no data deletions found.

Definatly faster, still love multi user log ons for privacy reasons and sharing.

Keyboard seems better aswell, defo less lag it seems.

You can try and stack charge it just do a search on stack charging.

Never ever ever let the PB or a PHONE DIE DEAD ... EVER.

I keep my PB always charged up and I check it every few days, I always turn it off when not in use, this way battery charge last a lot longer..

Yeah I know many who have and no issues, but there is many that do have this issue and the playbook was worse for it.
