    I sent my playbook to RIM to repair the mini usb port. When I got it back it won't get a good wifi signal. I suspect they didn't reconnect the antenna when putting it back together. I tried at three different houses, can only get a signal if I'm in the same room as the router. It worked perfectly before they got their hands on it. I called and spent over an hour with some lady who couldn't get it though her head that I had a wifi problem, not a cellular problem. After a couple more calls and following all their troubleshooting I was told it was a software issue and would be fixed with next update. Well got the update and guess what! Not fixed!!!

    Sorry to hear this usually they are good about getting a solution and making customers happy. This is one basic part of business that will kill a company.
