Hi all - trying out Bluebox and amazingly you cant download and open .txt files. You can download only. .txt isn't supported on a PB.

    That can't be right surely????

If you rename it to *.doc (using any file browser from appworld) then WordToGo will open it.

You can also open txt files in the Browser. And some 3rd party FileManagers may be able to open them, too.

cheers - tried the change to .doc - WTG said file corrrupt - it's not though as I can open it on laptop.

tried air browser- seems pretty limited that - click on a file an it only lets you rename, delete etc - not execute.

    i'll try another one

File Manager lite isn't much cop either for opening files - quite nice you can see the unix file system , although a little painfull trying to find the acutal pth for your docs.

X File Manager seems to be ok - but opens the .txt in it's own app - sort of defeats the object though of dropbox yes?

Files & Folders has a handy text viewer built-in, and can access your Dropbox (and Box.net and Google Docs) directly.
