    Yes you can, I do it regularly, you have to go to your contacts and call from there. If you have the person who has a PlayBook added as a contact and have their BBID email you will see there is a video chat entry, if they are on-line with their PlayBook you can call them.

    For the people that got the video chat working. Are the 2 devices using the same or different BB ID?

    Different BB ID's. I cant recall ever trying to call my own Playbook that uses my own BB ID. I'll try it this evening.

    This is my experience too. Can place video calls TO a BB10 device from my Playbook, but never receive any notification on the Playbook when trying to place a call from a BB10 device.

    I've done it, it can often take the PB a while to acknowledge the call has been placed, not sure what that's about but it does eventually go through.

    Hmmm.... Wonder why my playbook doesn't ring. Time to play around a bit and figure this out.
    I wonder.. do your Z10 and PB have the same BBID..? Is it possible that by trying to call your PB from your Z10, it is essentially registering as busy since the Z10 is already busy? As a tangential extension, can you 'transfer' a call from your PB to your Zed and back again?

    Well, it's actually a Q10. But I don't think that can be the issue since I can call my phone from my playbook, but not the other way around.

    Here's a sample contact from my list. As you can see, the PB video chat is green = available. I've "called" this one a number of times.

    Can someone help me find this screen on my Z10 please? I don't see BBM Voice or Playbook video chat. I see BBM and BBM Video and that's it. Is it not on the Z10?
