I downloaded a few videos on my computer with the purpose of transferring them onto my PlayBook to view. When I launched the BlackBerry Desktop Software and tried to use the Media Sync, hoping that I can transfer the video files but it doesn't recognize any videos in the selected folder.
"No videos available"
"There are no videos to be imported from your device"
I'm assuming that I do need to convert my .AVI files to another supported file type. Does anyone know what is the file format I need to convert it to and any recommended applications to do so with?
