    Hi,

I'm trying to transfer a 'rented' movie in M4v format downloaded from Itunes to my Playbook. I've tried two methods.

One: by syncing from my desktop PC videos to my Playbook via Blackberry Desktop Software. The messages indicated the syncing was taking place, but after the apparent transfer, the files did not appear in the 'Playbook' files.

two: by opening the usb drive I connected my PB to in the PC and dragging the file over from my harddrive. It now shows the file being in my video folder of the PB, but I can't see it in the Video's app of the PB. I successfully transferred music and pictures using this method.

As a sidenote, I can't see the two videos that are in my Video's app of my PB in the Video folder in the USB drive view, or in the Blackberry Desktop Software.

I check and it looks like the file type is supported by PB.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Chad
