    hello - I dont have access to wi-fi at the moment and would like to download an e-reader app to my phone and transfer it to my pb, is this possible ?

    You can download a converted android app to your phone and then sideload it using Local Bar 2 or later from your PC. Otherwise, no.

    You should "bridge" the Playbook to your phone to allow it access to your phone data plan. I am not sure Appworld will work with bridge.

    Alternatively, you should make your phone a wifi "hotspot" and connect your Playbook to your phone's wifi... This will allow Appworld to work for sure.

    Then in Playbook's Appworld find the app you need and download and install.

    Thanks for the reply. I've just returned from using my sisters wi-fi to setup my new pb and am exploring the device.
