In another thread I posted that I was syncing my contacts and calendar between Outlook and Gmail with Google calendar sync and Contacts Sync that I got from CNET. The Google sync worked fine but I found that the Contacts Sync duplicated about 25% of my contacts.

In my search I came across Sync2. When I first tried it it didn't work as expected but I later found out it was the way I configured it. I tried it again this morning and it still didn't work so I went to their website and they have free online tech support. After explaining my problem I was asked if it was OK for them to take over my computer. They did and in a matter of seconds reconfigured my settings and everything worked perfectly.

They even offered me a 5% discount for having to contact them.

Right now I have only one calendar in my Outlook but it looks like I can have multiple ones in Outlook and sync them to one in Gmail.

Needless to say I am very please and just purchased it. There is a one time cost of $39.95. Well worth it in my opinion.
