I was in a TMobile store in Los Angeles last Friday, trying out the Z10, Q10 and the Nokia 925. I was telling some of the staff, including the supervisor, that if BB brought the bridge to the OS10 phones, I'd more seriously consider buying one.
The staff had no idea what I was talking about. B/c it was past closing time, I chose not to try to educate them.
Still tether one of my Playbooks to a POS Nokia I bought over two years--at no additional charge, thru a grandfathered program. The other Playbook I've never been able to tether--perhaps because I bought it about a year ago, around the time TMobile was discontinuing its free tethering programs.
I have been connecting from my PlayBook via the bridge app for almost two years with no issue up till this morning
So it looks like the Carrier t mobile has chosen to block this because all my settings are same as before when it was connecting

I think USCellular is now also. When I reinstalled the OS on my 9850 bridge wasn't an app anymore and when I tired getting it in bbry world it wouldn't show on my phone. So I went to rroyy's site and got bridge and it works fine.
Will try the other option posted which was to install the bridge over wife without the sim card. Will post the results in a few

I don't know if anyone's tried it, but there is an Android app available both in and (most important) outside of the Play Store called PdaNet+ -- it circumvents your carrier and makes your phone a mobile hotspot. Works like a charm on Android. You might want to try sideloading it on the Z10 and see if it works. It's a freemium app, so you only have to pay if you want to use the upgraded version.

I was able to get it working again by removing the bridge app and reloading it without the SIM card over wifi then installing the SIM Card and it started working

Update. Well it's back to doing what is was. No luck as the t mobile page us back up

Now it's fixed again. Very weird

Well after further testing, it looks like reloading the bridge without the SIM Card did not help. All internet is blocked by the t mobile landing page

This is an update. My data plan and service just reset as of August 7, 2013 and I now can access the Internet from my BlackBerry PlayBook via the bridge on my Z10. So it looks as though if you have TMOBILE as your provider, they are now capping your Internet connection via BlackBerry Bridge.

You need to check your plan terms.
How much data did you use?
Was at 5gig and I have the new unlimited internet plan with z10 for the past 3 months. It did not cap me the previous months with similar usage or slightly higher

You complained about it and it got fixed. Have a cookie
Now if we could only do that with congress.
I'm a guy Dev. Deal with it.
