Yep, 20 minute download for me over the wifi at home. Then a 6 to 8 minute reboot. That was at 4 am, which just happens to be when I get up.

I did both via wifi at home in less than 30 minutes, both downloads and installs.

No, i never do a wipe and it's nice to see my stuff where it was, rather than reload everything, started doing no wipes with my phone, never had problems.
