Have you guys used the "Support" section within the Help program - ? booklet icon - apparently if you have errors you can submit the log file to rimm directly.

If the lot of us submit our errors then I would presume that the dev team would get after the most common issues and ofcourse we are playing "beta" here kinda.

Its the help program thats the icon like a book with a yellow question mark. when you open it there is a button on the right top corner Support

You must be provided an incident number before submitting otherwise the submission will go nowheres.
