I've tried orbcaster, works ok for music but the video is distorted (however does play).

Anyone have another solution for playing video files on my playbook that are on my various home computers?

    Thanks!

Thanks for reminding me, I'm still rebuilding my Security Wiped pb and figuring out what I should sideload or skip this time around.

I use Orb also and I find the vids play nice N clear...make sure in the settings you set the bandwiths to a higher output so that the vids stream in good N clear...also what are you using as your internet? if its lets say your using bandwith from your BB phone then of course it wont be clear and the vid pixalated is because your phones bandwith is not strong enough to carry all that data..

I think Orb defaulted to 1500 KB/s, and it was distorted. Are you using a higher setting? And yea, streaming using my home internet connection, not bb phone.

Thanks I used ES File Explorer and it worked great! My only gripe thus far is it displays your devices with IP address, and not network name so I have to click a few times to get the right device.

Thanks! Got orb working as well, changed the settings to flash and changed the default speed to 99999 kb/s worked nicely!
