I love my pb.

I hate the fact it has no spell check.

any word on this to be fixed? or am i missing something?

The upcoming update should help you. Auto correct and predictive text.

When I misspell a word, the word is highlighted alerting you to the correct spelling, but for some reason, when I tap on the correctly spelled word, it doesn't correct....I wind up having to retype it. Anybody else notice that?

As long as there is a choice - disable to your heart's content. I "knead" help massaging my writing.

I didn't think I would like it but the way it's implemented on the PB is unobtrusive. It's up there if you want it and easily ignored if you don't.
The auto correct is great. Makes typing much faster.

I can't at all... Takes me so much time scanning the top row of words for the one I want that I could have typed it much quicker. Maybe i should be typing more of the word before looking at the predictions.
Would love a way of spell checking/correcting a body of text after it's been typed - like my BB phones.

Its a bit of a hassle but you can type your mail in the WORD applet which has a corrective spell checker then copy and pate your whole message into your email.

It doesn't on the 2 beta - they added bullets and numbering and took away this function lol

In OS1 on the pb, the only app that provides spelling alternatives is Word-to-go. Tap the underlined word and alternatives will appear.
