Everyday. I just can't seem to help it. I try not to, I try and focus on other things, but than it happends. I tap the gear icon ( I know I shouldn't) ... I tap Software Updates.... it's not Feb..... I tap check for updates...... Has it been released yet.... You currently have the latest software installed... Am I the only one?

LOL yer not alone.... but I found a CURE!!!! ....Southern Style: get a piece of DuckTape and put over the right upper corner of the PB.. I call it my "Wheel Cover".
It really works!!!!!! :D:D ;)
I tried that but it hurt everytime I had to pull the duct tape off the back of my hand

Damn, now I am going to push it again....
Thinking I might still want to root my pb, I still have OS 1.0.8.4985 on it. So about 3 or 4 times a day the pb alerts me to a new OS! :eek: Therefore, I have no need to check for updates.
I rely on CB. I am sure I will see the announcement here before the update hits my Playbook :)
