today in app world i see that smart office 2 is listed@ 5$ yet when i go to purchase it, it proceeds to tell me i am being charged 10$ does anyone know whats up?

If they just recently made the price change, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for it to show at the payment confirmation screen.

Appworld seems to have this lag or issue. Maybe they will be lowering the price or maybe it is now going up in price if there was a special intro price. I see their accompanying text says $9.99 is the special and $15 is the normal.

But I just checked and get what you get, 5 and 10.

thanks for replies guys though i really appreciate the app I'm not sure ill pay 10 when i already have docs to go (which i use for making revisions which is all id use this for) so if it is 5 ill wait till the confirmation reflects this otherwise i have ms office and iWork (for my respective computers)

Awesome deal and I can add new images and manipulate them, sweet! Way better than the included docs2go.

Shapes in ppt is good too! Can make presentations from scratch now. Shapes in doc would be nice though.

I jumped on the deal, so I'm glad you ran into the price issue and raised it here - letting us know of the ultimate discount.

It opened my "home lighting/electrical map" with text and drawing boxes whereas docs-to-go showed a series of weird overlays. The image of picsel's view versus the docs-to-go (with those odd "text symbols). I should add that I have not really tried doing much other than this quick viewing test. I occasionally have gotten "can't edit" type messages but I have not investigated.

Certainly looks that way. Hopefully they'll learn from the mistake in the Evernote app, text assist has made editing in Evernote unusable.
