    My playbook wont reboot to the main screen. Keeps playing the berries. I bought it new in mid Sept. Is there warranty and where do I go? Can I fix it myself using the backup on my computer?

    You can try a reboot by holding the power and volume + buttons until the screen goes blank. Or as F2 would say...
    There is a one year warranty.

    The PB has a one year warranty to the original purchaser. It also has 90 free Tech support. I do not know how Rim deals with "quasi-tech support v. warranty"
