Since the 2.1.0.1032 update, web browsers appear to handle memory much better
In native browser, can bring up 15 or so tabs without dropping below 150 MB in free memory--at which point the browser becomes sluggish. Takes about 30 seconds to close and open the browser to recover most of the memory. Not too inconvenient.
Since the upgrade, SimpleBrowser+ also appears to use memory more efficiently. However, I don't use SimpleB much because of its built in limit of 4 tabs simultaneously, tops.
