Actually it is a very common fact that guys at Siemens were very incompentent...just wanted to let you know this and his recent behaviours have in my eyes proven that he's not a good communicator nor manager at all (first complete silence, than no BB10). It lets you wonder if so much has changed since that Siemens days...
