- Not that it makes much differece but from the 24th till today is 14 bus days not including US thanksgiving.
So from the stated 1-2 days to ship and 5-7 they are more than late. And its still not there. But they did bill on the 2nd, no holding that up. Although my bank reversed those charges today.

I just (15 minutes ago) sent another email to Mark Chequer asking him for more info for my delivery (he emailed me on Saturday telling me my order had shipped), then went upstairs to get my little bloke up from his afternoon nap I came downstairs a minute later and find my SBB order on my front porch.
So it's finally here (ordered 11/24), but so is the 32GB PB that I bought from Walmart a week ago when I figured that my SBB order might not make it for Christmas (the PB is supposed to be my Christmas gift from my family, and I didn't want to be the proxy for my wife's wrath towards SBB when there was nothing under the tree for me come December 25th).
I'm not sure if I want to return the SBB order (and potentially find out if it is harder to return something to them than it is to purchase something from them), return the 32GB to Walmart, or find someone to sell one of them to.

- DO NOT RETURN TO SBB! I sent mines back last week via USPS. I insured it (32gb 399.00) a notice was left since they were closed Saturday. I was told it would be delivered on Thursday. I checked online. USPS left a notice Saturday and it is still at the Post Office bc no one at sbb has picked it up. If no one picks it up within 15 days it will be sent back to me. It wasnt working properly and did not want to keep it. I called and emailed them about picking it up. I wanted to just ship it as a regular package (no signature) but this company's track record is horrible.12-15-11 01:19 AMLike 0

When clicking the link, I get a different 16 digit tracking number that shows up.
Anyone have experience with this format of tracking info? Any way of actually tracking it?

That expected delivery date is crazy. I live in Port Alberni, BC.
I first ordered on the 25th and told it was shipped out on the 5th.12-15-11 10:59 AMLike 0 - I still don't have my playbook and my original tracking information on Monday says that Winnipeg has still received notice of the order and it still is supposed to be delivered by the 13th.
I sent Mark Chequer an email yesterday providing notice that I would be initiating chargeback procedures.
I got an email back this morning with an apology and a tracking number that gives me the same info as some of you got - information received in Mississauga, due to be delivered by the 22nd.
So I emailed him back notifying him that unfortunately that this is unacceptable. Visa has informed me the funds will be back in my account by tomorrow morning. I informed Mr. Chequer that he should send me a pre-paid shipping box and I will gladly ship the thing back to him if and when it does arrive. At this point I will also be submitting him an invoice for all reasonable storage and handling fees associated with returning the thing to him.
Thanks Mr. Chequer. The staples manager tells me he'll have 16gb pb's in stock for 199 on the 26th. so not getting it on the 22, after having my credit card charged for 3 weeks isn't really the worst thing in the world.

- I ordered by Nov 24th and was cancelled also. After playing phone tag for a week today they charged by credit card for $220.00 Cdn. I thought when I ordered it the price was in canadian $199 - $10 coupon = $189.00 cdn and of course today's exchange is the highest

Customer service for SBB is totally useless in every way. The units are shipping from the United State 200 Ward Hill Avenue Haverhill, MA 01835.
