I'm going to piggy back on this thread instead of starting a new one, but I don't have any issue with coppy/paste (or rather I haven't needed to use it much yet!).

My issue is with opening documents through Bridge. It's great that you can now open docs from your phone on your PB and actually edit them, but has anyone else tried doing that but then going back and editing on your phone also? In other words, I opened a file on my PB using Bridge. Then I saved it back to my phone (via Bridge) after making changes. This morning, I tried making further changes on my phone, but when I go to save the file I now get "Index -7 >= 58" and then it closes the file. I can recover the changes when I reopen the file, but this doesn't help much because I still can't save. Has anyone else run into this, or is my phone just posessed!?

    you sir name:

Just tried editing a sheet I created on my 9650. Created on 9650. Saved it (pb won't open memory files) and moved to SD card. Opened and edited on pb. No problem. Saved it. Opened it again on 9650 and edited and saved with no issues. Simple test of very small sheet.
    you sir name likes this.

yes, it is possible to copy and paste text in a cell... just select the cell for editing, swipe your finger in the edit box, the one at the very top of the screen, to select the text. Then, press and hold the selected text. select the new cell, press and old in edit box, select paste.. voila, text copied.

what i'm really interested in is how to insert a line... i can do alot more things on my torch than on my pb...

Unfortunately, Sheet To Go is almost useless at this point it is like chiseling in stone.

Another reason not to use the PlayBook.

I'd agree with your first statement. While I won't agree with your second statement - the pb could be a lot more for sure.

Just bought the playbook. But I'm very disappointed, I mainly edit excel files, but right now, sheet to go isn't much help at all. First off you cannot download an email attachment and edit it. The file will show error msgs saying its a read only file. Anything thing with dropdown menus.. forget it! I might have to go to a windows based tablet to hopefully get full excel functionality. as sad as it is...

    Anyone has the same issue?

Agreed that doc to go is not very useful especially if you plan to do a lot of editing of excel file.

I do can open excel email attachment, edit and save. May need to check to make sure you have updated PB bridge installed in your bb.

The only way to copy/paste is in the data entry bar - you canNOT copy/paste a cell or block.

sheets to go is completely useless when u cant copy or paste entire formula from one cell to another.

i hope upgraded version of sheets to go will provide all the functions as those were available on my torch.

very much disappointed. feels like cheated (
