    It is a very varied state. Eastern WA has desert, wheat fields, apple orchards, vineyards, the Columbia River. Western WA (affectionately called northWET Washington or the pacific northWET except when it's overly so) has lots of green forests, Puget Sound, the island counties and the San Juan Islands, Seattle for the urban types, Mt Rainier, Mt Baker, Mt St Helens (and two more volcanoes) and also the Columbia River. And then there are the Cascades (sometimes called the Cascade Curtain) dividing the two halves. Not a bad lineup.

    I find as long as the light level is good the camera works well. As soon as you try in low light...grainy...
