I was trying to get my MAC address and when I goto the settings, about, network. Everything is blank

All the other choices show information (OS,General etc.)

I remember show this info when I first got it.... I've tried "Restarting" the device and still same result....

Figured it out, you need to be connected to a network to get your MAC address...........

Are you connected to a network? Mine doesn't show any details if I am not connected. There are just the two lines for data but they are blank. You may need to connect it to wifi to get the details.

Figured it out, you need to be connected to a network to get your MAC address...........

Sort of the chicken and egg thing if you are using Mac filtering on your network. I looked on the box too and nothing there either.
