Hi guys
I can't manage to get videochat app on my playbook after I have done a security wipe. Anyone has done a wipe recently?
The wipe went well like the last time (approx. year ago) and at the end correctly I have got prompt for the last update 296Mb to version 2.1.0.1917, but unfortunately with missing the app.
I have repeated this wipe couple of times with same result. Any ideas?

I can confirm that video chat is not available after security wipe. I also have tried to do proper OS reload with same result.

I guess you didn't read my post, since I made Video Chat available.
Thanks that link worked and I have done sideload via Chrome extension Playbook app manager.
The video chat works smoothly now. How did you get that bar file?

Or you could use link or device manager to reload the OS.
Someone here posted the system bars a while back.
