hmm if you read up on the affiliate program, its basically websites that use sears.ca to sell their things. i'd like to see who the affiliate is before we confirm it. it could be bunk.

The emails misspells "releasing" WTF?! someone had better not be getting fancy with photoshop....
I am startin to feel like they may be using photoshop, I mean canada with a release date of the 10th and usa with a date of the 17th (according to the "staples release"). Personally i wouldn't consider any of the dates until something is leaked from rim or a very close rim affiliate.
this seems legitimate. If you go to sears.ca and search blackberry playbook then click "news and information" you will find the above link so its not something made up (still no dates tho), pretty much tells us nothing we didn't know...it seems like we r so close...hopes and dreams haha.
somthing fishy is going on the link shows they dont have this product now and when you search it doesnt come up now so maybe someone at sears made a big mistake or there system was hacked?
If its real, I for one think its deplorable that this is how the info got out... Okay, by that I mean, RIM knows an official date then (at least for sears Canada); that means they should know them all.
Why the silence?

What's their number? I'm up early tomorrow I wanna call and report back the price if it doesn't leak over night! This is exciting!
Sears, really? It doesn't really scream electronics mecca to me, and not somewhere I would go for high-end gear. I can't really make sense of RIM's strategy here, using Sears as one of their sales channels. I go to Sears for wedding gifts, I would never consider them for a smartphone or a computer.

^I get that its going to be at a lot of sales channels, but why Sears? Who actually shops there? My mom and grandma do, but I'm pretty sure neither of them are interested in the PB.
