Unless I'm completely misremembering, conversations are threaded. They certainly are on the PlayBook, and should definitely be threaded in BB10.

I think only Symbian still has no threading.

That looks fine but assuming there were multiple text from one contact are all of those texts in one window where you can see the back and forth conversations? I have seen some phones where you have to open every text individually. I'm not trying to go back in time.

What happens when you receive a group text or respond to one?

The reason I ask is because it is different from iOS to Android so I am unfamiliar with the way this is handled by BB.

Thanks again for all the insight.
What you're referring to is called "threaded" messages. To answer your question, yes, Blackberry has done this with SMS since OS5.

About your original post: don't be too surprised if RIM turns BB10 into somewhat of a walled garden as well. Right now side loading on Playbook is made possible by turning on developer mode, but there's no guarantee that this will remain in BB10. If RIM wants to woo developers, promising anti-piracy measures (such as the walled garden) would be a good idea.

In time, these gardens evolved in direct proportion to their owners personal wealth, for the more wealthy this extended to include feeding an extended household and to regularly entertaining house guests. www.aucklandlawnmowing.co.nz
