Looks to me like a Blackberry train wreck has started to happen and the best outcome will be a breakup of the company focused on Enterprise customers. I am thinking seriously about replacing both my Blackberry Torch phone and Playbook with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 now that Verizon will have them. What would be the downside of doing so?

Only downside will be what you'll miss from your BlackBerry devices.

I LOVE the Torch9850/PB combo. Full functioning Bridge, Hdmi output to tv. That's about all I see you "losing"/missing.

Otherwise, looks like a heck of a device.

Yes, when my 9850 gives it up (I was going for a Z10, but with Bridge hobbled, ain't happening until that is fixed?) I have no clue myself at this time.

    Enjoy!
