Rogers has promotion with Samsung Android laptops now. They give one away now with their services so this would explain why Rogers representatives say Playbook is "bad"

Its a clear sign you need to switch providers. Your Rogers rep is taking you for a ride. They are either trying to squeeze more money out of you by lieing to you or they don't know jack **** about the products they are selling.

Which one do you trust with you hard earned money?

It's Rogers! Nuff said! If you can, find an independent Rogers dealer. You will find knowledgeable, Professional and courteous sales staff. Personally, and this says a lot about Rogers. I have found the sales staff at Staples to be more knowledgeable. I bought my cell phone from a Rogers dealer who was fantastic and the Playbook from Staples.
    Hey wait a second , i work for staples , and i think i am a Wonderful technician/sales person. !!! :P
