My Playbook will not allow me to access the system settings. It asks for a demo mode password. I've tried "instoredemo" and "Instoredemo" but these are not accepted. I'm prepared to wipe the Playbook by a hard rest. Can anyone provide a suggested way to hard reset the Playbook without being able to get into system settings?

Fortunately I found the solution while reading another thread on this board. "RIM Wireless Device Command-Line Auto-Programmer Version 3.10.0.55" reset the Playbook to OS 1.0 and then after registration installed OS 2.1. I lost all the apps but hopefully I have them backed up.
