Restoring PB backup to NEW PB

I wanted to check if it was possible to restore a backup of my 16GB PB to my new 64GB device?

Yes it is possible. We did exactly that when I replaced my wife's 16 GB with a 64 GB.

Excellent.. hopefully all apps transfer over too? Also, do you have to have the new PB on the same OS revision as the backup?
