I have a complete backup of my 32gig 4G LTE PB using the BB Desktop Software. Can I use this backup again with the BB Desktop Software to restore this backup to my clean (after Security Wipe) 64gig PB, just want the same content on both. Thanks.

No. Backups are device specific. If I remember correctly. You cannot 'clone' bb devices.
Yes you can...make sure the BBID is the same with both. I have 3 PB's and have done that successfully.
