Downloaded new operating system. Did not go well.
ie Bluetooth does not work with my car. Phone shutting down and restarting without a prompt.

Called my carrier. They suggested I go to restore factory settings.
Then do a restore from my last saved backup.

    Did that.

Challenge is that my Blackberry ID is not recognized...and I cannot back up.

"Blackberry ID on your device does not match"

Doesn't make sense to me because when I enter my password on the my phone...no problem.

    Suggestions????
