Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me.
My parents have given me their playbook and th blackberry ID is in their name. They can't remember their password to login and wipe details and They've requested the reset email but is is not being delivered, they've changed the filters in the email, and still no email

So my question is, can I reset the book in any way so that I can set up the book as my own with my own ID?

Security wipe? Lock it down with password enter 10 times incorrect one and it will wipe it out.
