I've got a corrupted folder on my Playbook that I cannot delete.
Normally I wouldn't care, but it is in the music folder and I think that Neutron MP is crashing because of it (not sure, but I think so).
I tried deleting the folder from my PC but nothing happens.
I tried the AIR browser, but it does not even see the folder.

Any bright ideas?

Download "Files and Folders". You should be able to remove it with this app, it's the best one for file management. It's not free but it's well worth the money.

I'd try rebooting and see if that allows access.

To fix an issue, try these in order:

Restart using the Battery Icon and press Restart

Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds. Then leave it for 20-30 seconds and see if it restarts.

To REBOOT:
Press and HOLD all three keys for about 10 - 20 seconds: PowerOn, VolUp and VolDown. Start with the PowerButton. Keep holding past the 3-choice options screen. If you hear a shutter type sound, you've taken a Screen Shot and probably missed the PowerButton.

Tried everything, finally gave up and re-initialized the device.

There are times I do resent being locked out of basic or even deeper aspects of the internals of the device.
