    Is the price difference worth giving up the 1 year warranty when buying a refurbed playbook through Best Buy?

    i would say no, because they had 32gb ones for $250 last week.

    unless you feel like buying the extended warranty.

    Yeah. The refurbed 32GB's ones are 179.00. (when they have them). I hadn't seen any posts in here where there was a need for the 1 year warranty. Seems like most issues that occur are within a few days.
