I've got a playbook 4G LTE and was looking at WINDmobile for a bb9320, thinking to update my playbook to 2.1 through the bb9320, but WIND won't be able to update the OS. So I am stuck. According to the blackberry site only Telus sells the playbook but when I click on the link at bb.com Telus can't find the playbook on its site. So who can I go to use/update my Playbook to OS 2.1 in Toronto? Who are you with in Toronto? I wanted to use it as a tablet, but can I use it as a phone???

Watch out updating the 4G/LTE model. The cellular carrier is supposed to update it. If you manually try to update it, you may lose the 4G radio. No, you can't use the 4G service as a phone. It is only for the data plan (internet access).

Just pop a rogers sim in it and update will show up. Have a good wifi and download. Take the sim back out and use it as wifi only. I use my q10 as hotspot with mine. Browse on PlayBook for screen real estate when needed.

so would you recommend Rogers then? any reason why, besides that they support your playbook?
