Hello, I have been searching endlessly for a Playbook magnetic charger in South Africa. I don't know the product code. A lot of South African stores are advertising this product code: 33-0545-05-RM

And in the description it states Blackberry Playbook rapid charger-Car charger and it has an image of the magnetic charger. I want to know is this the magnetic charger? If not, what is the product code?

Why are they being advertised as car chargers?

That should be the one. It has the magnetic coupler head. The car charger has a regular microUSB connection.

So your link might be mislabelled as "car charger".

Edit: non-OEM so not made by BBRY. I've never seen magnetic coupler on a car charger made by BBRY.

Well, you have to ask the site's customer service, I guess. If it is car (DC) or house current (AC) charger. If it is AC, the image is correct. If it is DC, the title is correct. You would have grounds for returning if the image and description are mismatched.
