*UPDATE FEB 26 1:08am* I got the apps on and they start up go to a black screen with the blackberry logo on and then it crashed. and ideas?
Yesterday I installed OS 2 I was using the developers edition for a long time playing around trying to convert some android apps. I updated yesterday and now while trying to install some android apps packaged for the playbook with DDPB it gets to 50% then stops and the apps won't finish installing. Anybody have this problem or know how to fix this? Many thanks in advance.
There was another similar thread and I don't recall if it was in this forum or one of the other subforums. Someone suggested to check if it actually installed. Sorry my memory is not better.
I tried to see if that was the case and when i open the apps i get an error saying, "The application com.rim.inputmethod (process system.apps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." I don't know what to do.
Totally different problem now. They are all on the playbook but wont run i get an error saying "android player won't open error 22" or something along those lines.. What do now...
I'm having problems with pandora, grooveshark, and Ice cream sandwich launcher. Sometimes I get error 22 and sometimes error 48. Not to sure what that means though. I'm looking now.
Ahh yes. I was not successful with ice cream no error just wouldn't launch. I think it just will not work with the update. Haven't tried the others. Almost all other programs work.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
They all came from a website that was mentioned in a thread on this site. They are all supposed to work they were all tested... Also you have been very helpful. Thanks for everything
