If you have an anti virus program disable it, restart the playbook and try again. that seems to work for most. short and sweet in a nutshell. cheers
I was using print to go with my Playbook without problem. Then I wanted to use it with my Z10 an now I have the same problem as the original poster. Plus, it doesn't work with my Playbook now. Any thoughts would be great. I did try what the last poster suggested without luck.
I haven't used Print to Go for a while.
I had it working fine with my PlayBook - now with my z10, I am having the same issue. I turned off my virus scan, and nothing. It just sits there....
any other advice?
I had an issue when I first got the Z10. I ended up deleting print to go from PC, PlayBook and Z10, reinstall and was able to get it to work again on all.

No z10 here, but a few weeks ago, print-to-go stopped for some reason between windows and pb. I REinstalled it and it has been working. No idea what had happened.
I think it may have been the update they did that perhaps messed up the Program. Glad to hear it's working again. :)

Why do you want to use it anyway...the program eehh only gives you more work...
My Z10(STL100-2) didn't find (Print To Go) after update 10.2.0.1371,i not sure 10.2.0.1371 support (Print To Go),Thanks!
You might want to ask in the BB10 forum for your device. Also, 10.2 is not official yet is it?
