I have a Torch and I am showing that Poynt is paired on it and the playbook. But when I open up Poynt on the Playbook it shows unable to connect to Poynt services. Any clue to what is happening?

I think this is a result of the incomplete bridging capabilities of the PB. I hope this is one of the items that sees improvement when an OS update comes along.
I believe you have to be connected via WiFi in order for the application to connect to their services.
no point is supposed to be able to connect and completely use it including the gps in of the phone. but it doesn't work on the torch but does on the bold like it was demonstrated at bb world. it doesn't work on my phone because its a torch. i got frustrated and delete poynt off my pb for now.
