Picked up second playbook today and first thing i noticed was the power on and off button and volume controls on the top side have changed to nice shiney stainless and get this they both work with ease compared to my one month old playbook Anyone else found this?

That means they are only three days apart going by the manufacturing date.

oh yeah and the buttons are all black and hard to use,especially the volume which is almost impossible to adjust.

i got thinking (out loud) to myself last nite after posting the post re the power button etc.and realized when i got the playbook it had this nice folding , protective cover. Crap i took it off this morning a man did i feel STUPID...... The contros are the same as the other playbook the family has.So i apologize to all who read my post and perhaps some will understand my mistake. As far as the blackberry folding cover it does its job perfectly at protecting the PB.

I purchased my PlayBook last spring and rarely use the buttons at the top (especially the power button) as they require an alarming amount of pressure to respond.

Last week my coworker picked up a 64GB and the buttons on the top are different. The power button is raised higher, and all the buttons work with minimal pressure - including a nice clicking sound. Also, the plastic bezel that surrounds the glass is raised slightly higher on his 64GB version than mine.

I thought the PlayBook had horribly flawed buttons, but after seeing my coworkers working one I requested an RMA to fix the issue with mine.
