    I go to Staples with the full intention of walking out with a 32gb Playbook. I walk in that the display is up. I can't get the device to turn on. The lady comes to help me and she can't get it to turn on either. After 10 minutes, it comes on.
    Then they can't register the device so I can play with it. No one else knows how to register it. They don't know anything about this device.
    So I go to Best Buy. No display whatsoever. I ask the salesperson where the Playbooks are. They had two devices locked away in the phone department. She pulls one out and is as helpful as can be. But she is confused with the Blackberry Bridge feature. "No one can get it to work" "Att is blocking it".

    Folks, I'm a loyal BB user. But this is a **** poor way of marketing a device on opening day. I think the Playbook is a great device, but I think it's in deep trouble. I can't tell you how frustrated I am right now.
