The PlayBook continues to be my main mobile computing, communication and multimedia device and will continue to be so for at least a while until it is no longer able to process e-mail or surf the web. After that, I may just leave it hooked up to the TV for playing digital movies.

Having the bootstrap unlocked would be nice. Linux is a great solution to get older hardware running like new again and would add years to my PlayBooks.

My sentiments exactly. I use it for work and entertainment whlie traveling. At home, I connect it to my TV and watch 3D movies or listen to Internet radio with Apollo with it connected to my stereo. My PlayBook is awesome.

i have given it to my 3 years old son to watch cartoons... After the missing Bridge capability with the Z10 it got mainly useless for me during working time. So my son benefits from it. I will look for a new tablet some when in the future....

As others have said, keep using it like I did yesterday, last month, last year....Kobo reader on this is the best, beats the Android version and it will continue to be my traveling multimedia player which it does very well. It's too bad they are dropping this from their repertoire...I guess my Z10 will remain as the PBs mini me on steroids.

- Play Angry Birds, Plants Vs. Zombies, Cut The Road, Bard's Tale, Chimpact, Sonic, Dark Knight, Amazing Spider-Man, Modern Combat, Samurai, NOVA, Madden, Tetris etc
- Tweet
- See Facebook updates
- Find me cheap gas
- Show me recipes
- Help me edit and share my photos
- Read the daily news from the National Post, Toronto Star, Ottawa Citizen, MSN News,
- Listen to the radio
- Look up contacts
- Find nearby restaurants
- Act as an alarm clock
- Video chat with my mother
- Stream NFB movies
- Act as an alarm clock
- Book my appointments

Having BlackBerry 10 may have improved some of those things but not having BlackBerry 10 will not suddenly prevent it from working as it has been for me as a tool.
