I have a 16 GB PlayBook that may be surplus to my needs.

    Pricing factors to consider.
-Unit in good condition with original charger.
-Face to face sale. Purchaser can check functionality before paying cash.
-Local new price has been $99 recently.
-Latest OS (2.1) installed. Security wiped.

I am thinking of asking $70 (accept $60). I don't want to deal with a lot of tire kickers. I want to sell it quickly since time is money too.
Please answer the poll to help me chose a good asking price.

If you want to move it fast, price it around $70 (are you in Canada?) I see a lot of unsold Playbooks around the $90-$100 range on kijiji, so undercutting by $20 should move it fast.

Considering PlayBooks are sold out in stores, I would think you could still get $99 for it.

I choose $50 because you didn't have a $60 option. I think half price of the most recent lowest price for a used one in good condidtion is fair. $112 with taxes makes it $56 so I guess $60 is good. If it was in mint condition I might see it going a little higher like $70 or $80. It's kind of tricky at that price range because most people would rather just pay the extra money and get the full warranty as well as a new device. If they can find one.

Wow. Comes to think of this. 70 dollars and you can get a nice tablet with decent hardware. I feel a bit sad for my playbooks compare to the value of used apple products
